What Is Vacuum Forming?
Vacuum forming (or thermoforming) is a process that heats a plastic sheet until soft, then draws it over a mould using vacuum pressure.
Once cooled, the plastic retains the moulded shape – creating durable, lightweight, and repeatable components.
It’s ideal for medium to large parts, signage, covers, machine guards, and product housings.
