Table D and Table E flanges in PVC, PP and HDPE
Plastic flanges routed from solid PVC, PP or HDPE sheet and drilled to the table you need. Choose a stub flange to join to your pipe, or a blind flange to seal an end, then the colour. The price is live, and it drops per flange as your order grows.

Match the pipe you're joining: a stub is welded on, so it has to be the same plastic as your pipe.

Not sure? Count the bolt holes on the flange you're joining to and measure across two opposite hole centres. Each size below shows both.

Flange questions, answered
How do Table D and Table E flanges differ?
They are two AS 2129 drilling patterns, Table E being the heavier. In our size range both share the same outside diameter and bolt circle (PCD). Where they differ is the bolting: DN100 Table E takes 8 bolts against Table D's 4, and DN150 Table E has 22 mm holes against 18 mm. Up to DN80 the two are drilled identically. The dimension tables below list both.
How do I tell which table my existing flange is?
Count the bolt holes, then measure from the centre of one hole to the centre of the hole directly opposite. That's the PCD. Compare both against the dimension tables. Still unsure? Send us a photo with a tape measure across the flange and we'll tell you.
What is a blind flange used for?
A blind flange has no bore. It's a drilled solid disc that bolts over a flanged pipe end, tank outlet or valve to seal it, and unbolts when you need to get in.
How does a stub flange join to my pipe?
It is a drilled plastic ring with a short length of pipe of the same plastic welded through its centre. You join the stub to your pipe, then bolt the ring to the matching flange.
Which pipe size does each stub suit?
Every size lists the outside diameter of its stub pipe, such as 110 mm OD at DN100. Match that to the OD of the pipe you're joining.
How thick should the flange be?
Each size opens at the thinnest ring we recommend. Go thicker when the joint will be tightened hard or the flange has to carry weight.
Which plastic should my flange be?
The same one as your pipe. The stub is welded on, and PVC, polypropylene and polyethylene don't weld to each other, so pick PVC for PVC pipe, PP for PP pipe and HDPE for PE pipe. A blind flange should match the flange it closes.
Which colours are available?
Each plastic shows the colours we hold in stock. Colours we can't cut at your size are shown but can't be picked, so every option you can choose is one we make.
Do the flanges have a pressure rating?
We don't claim a pressure rating for these flanges. If your system needs a rated joint, have it specified by an engineer and send us the drawing to quote.
Why is each flange cheaper in bulk?
Machine setup is shared across the whole order, so the cost per flange falls as the quantity rises. The price table shows the per-flange price at 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50.
