Performance

• Moisture: zero water absorption (closed-cell). Suited to wet or wash-down areas.
• Chemistry: high chemical resistance; cleanable embossed faces.
• Temperature: -10°C to 90°C service window.
• Compliance: not food-grade; not approved for potable water.

Construction and supply

Material: foamed PP core with solid skins. ECO variant includes recycled PP/HDPE content.

Standard sheet: 2440 × 1220 mm. Typical thicknesses 10 mm. Core colours: black, white

Fabrication: cut-to-size, CNC routing, fastening like timber, adhesive-free mechanical fixing preferred. Pre-drill for screws.

Applications

Vehicle and caravan linings, marine cabinetry, partitions, agricultural and animal facilities, outdoor joinery, and timber-replacement sheets in construction.

Technical data (summary)

Tensile strength ≈ 18 MPa.

CTE 120–190 µm/m·K.

Service -10°C to 90°C.

Embossed face finish both sides.
