Can I collect a Brisbane order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, and Brisbane is the city where that makes the most sense. Our cutting workshop is on the Gold Coast, south of Brisbane, and pickup there is available on any order. Choose pickup at checkout and we will let you know when the cut is ready.
Do you cut HDPE and engineering plastics, or just acrylic and perspex?
All of them. Brisbane orders more HDPE and engineering-grade material than most cities, so cutting boards, wear strips, acetal, nylon and UHMWPE are routine here alongside acrylic, polycarbonate and PVC.
Is the Gold Coast workshop effectively a Brisbane branch?
No. There is no Brisbane store, branch or premises, and being an hour down the motorway does not make one. The Gold Coast workshop is where every cut is made and the only place you can collect from; Brisbane orders are delivered to your address like anywhere else.
Can you handle a bulk or repeat cutting run for a Brisbane business?
Yes. Full sheets and repeat cut-to-size runs are cut to the same dimensions each time, with quantity pricing applied in the calculator as the volume goes up. Around a third of our Brisbane deliveries go to business addresses.
