Machine cutting job
This job requires CNC or laser cutting. Drill holes, rounded corners, and cut-outs are included in the machine cutting time at no extra charge. Minimum machine charge applies.
Laser-cut edge (clean, not flame-polished)
Laser cutting leaves a clean, smooth cut edge. It is not flame-polished. Turn off to cut on the CNC router instead.

How the price is calculated
- Live cut-to-size rate per square metre direct from our pricing system, multiplied by the area you specified.
- Each piece is charged the greater of its material cost or a thickness-based minimum cut fee ($2.75 for thin sheets up to $8.00 for 30mm+), plus GST. Small saw-cut orders carry a Cutting & Setup Fee, charged once per order, that tapers from $35 + GST down to nothing once the order's cut-to-size value reaches $85 + GST.
- Bulk rate kicks in automatically once total area exceeds the per-material threshold (typically 1.25 m2).
- All prices include GST. Final price confirmed by our team within one business day.
