Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

External factors such as COVID-19 disruptions, extreme weather, or courier delays may affect delivery times.
During checkout, you will have the opportunity to select a courier/shipping option (where applicable).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Oversized or overweight items may attract additional charges if a pallet or forklift is required for delivery.
You will see the final shipping cost before completing checkout. At this stage, you can choose to proceed or cancel the order.

Inspection on Delivery
All goods must be inspected upon receipt.
If items are damaged, the courier’s delivery note must be endorsed accordingly.
You must inform Plastic Online within 24 hours of signing the delivery receipt to lodge a damage claim.
Failure to notify us within 24 hours may result in your claim being rejected and you bearing the full replacement cost.
Eligibility for Returns
We do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made goods or cut-to-size products under any circumstances.
For standard products, returns are only accepted with prior written consent from Plastic Online.
Return Conditions
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it:
Please contact Plastic Online to request an exchange and obtain return approval.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and the shipping fees for the replacement.
Any price difference between the original and replacement item will be charged (or refunded if the replacement is of lesser value).
Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for exchange.
Items that have been used, altered, or are custom-made cannot be returned or exchanged.
No refunds will be issued for shipping fees unless the return is due to a fault or error caused by Plastic Online.
