All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days of receiving your order during business hours of M-F /9 am – 4 pm.
Delivery delays may be experienced COVID-19 disruptions and extreme weather conditions may cause delays.
During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to select a courier option if applicable.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the Weight/ dimensions of the order. Oversize/ overweight items are subject to extra charges if a pallet or forklift are required to facilitate delivery.
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, here you are given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it. If you prefer to pick up items from our office please wait until you receive a call advising your order is ready for collection.
All products must be inspected on receipt and if damaged, the couriers note endorsed accordingly. PMH Plastics Online MUST BE INFORMED OF DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY– If not informed within 24 hours of signing the delivery receipt there will be no validation to claim for damages. Failure to comply will cause the courier to refute the claim and the entire cost must be borne by the customer.
PMH Plastics Online do not accept the return of goods or cancellation of orders without giving prior consent. Under no circumstances will (Custom made Goods and cut to size products) be returnable.

In order to accept a return, the item must be in its original unused condition.
If you need to return an incorrect order (Excluding custom made products and cut to size products) the customer will be liable for the cost.
You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase.
If you have incorrectly placed an order and wish to exchange it, please contact PMH Plastics Online office for an exchange.
We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs for the order to be exchanged and resent.
For all exchanges, if applicable, you will be charged the difference in price between the original item and the exchanged item and you will also be charged for the shipping costs.
In order to accept an exchange, the item must be in its original unused condition.
If you need to Exchange an incorrect order (Excluding Custom Made Goods and cut to size products) the customer will be liable for the cost.
You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase.
Goods that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
